SoundShelf is a private, administrator-operated audiobook library. For account access, missing books, conversion failures, or Plex synchronization, contact the administrator who provided your SoundShelf account.

Before contacting support

• Confirm you can sign in at soundshelf.tuckerbradford.com.
• For playback problems, try the direct download to verify the file.
• For offline problems, expunge the device copy and save it again.
• Never send an Amazon, Audible, Plex, or SoundShelf password.

Account and privacy requests

Profile updates, password changes, and permanent account deletion are available under Profile & password. The server administrator can also help identify separately managed Plex exports or backups.
